Greetings,
On behalf of DA 1 Stop Shop owners and management team, we would like to offer a message of hope, inspiration, joy, great health, and best wishes to all of you. Likewise, we would like to take a moment to say thank you to those who have supported our food trailer business in the past and those of you who might support us in the future.
We think it is very important to let the public and business community know what changes we are implementing as a result of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) crisis. Please rest assured that we are taking all the necessary steps and precautions to ensure the safety of our food and our customers. As such, we are following many of the guidelines and recommendations set forth by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
According to the FDA, COVID-19 does not seem to be transmitted through food. They have suggested that there is no evidence of food or food packaging being linked with the spread of COVID-19 (March 27, 2020). None the less, we have implemented the following changes to our business operations to ensure the safety and quality of our food and reduce the risks of spreading the coronavirus:
Everyday Preventive Actions for Staff and Associates:
How to Clean and Disinfect:
Operational Changes:
In sum, we are still operating as an essential business on a limited and case-by-case basis under this new business continuity model. We are also complying with all legal requirements and guidelines such as avoiding large public crowds and having no more than 10 people gathered at a time. We will continue to update you via social media outlets and our website as situations on the ground change. Please feel free to reach out to me directly at 281-658-9296 if you have any questions or require further assistance.
Best Wishes,
Edward Owens and Quenton Owens, Owners and Management Team
